For Silent Disco
Admission
We’re looking for 4 volunteers per session to help manage admissions at the Silent Disco. Your main responsibility will be scanning tickets at the door to ensure only those who have pre-booked can enter the West Hall.
Key Responsibilities:
Volunteers will need to use their personal smartphones to download the Ticket Tailor Check-In app.

Additional Details:
Once all participants have been checked in, you may be redirected to assist in another area for the remainder of the session.

Handing/Collecting Headsets
We’re looking for 2 volunteers per session to help manage headset distribution and collection for the Silent Disco. Your role is crucial to ensuring everyone enjoys the event!
Key Responsibilities:
At the Beginning of Each Session:
Hand over headsets to all attendees as they enter through the main entrance of the West Hall.
At the End of Each Session:
Collect headsets from attendees as they exit through the second exit leading to the Year 3 playground.
Additional Details:
During your session, you may be asked to assist at the BAR or the Glow Stall to keep the event running smoothly.
Your help is essential in creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone. Thank you for being part of the team!
We’re looking for 6 volunteers per session to help ensure the bar runs smoothly during the Silent Disco. Your role is vital in keeping the event lively and well-served!
Key Responsibilities:
Serving Drinks and Snacks: Assist in taking and fulfilling orders efficiently to keep the line moving.
Using the Zettle App:
Volunteers will need to use their personal smartphones to process orders via the Zettle app.

Glow Stall
We’re looking for 2 volunteers per session to help sell glow products during the Silent Disco. This is a fun and vibrant role where you’ll help add an extra sparkle to the event!

Selling Glow Products: Assist attendees in purchasing fun glow items to enhance their Silent Disco experience.

Volunteers will need to use their personal smartphones to process sales via the Zettle app.

We’re looking for 3 enthusiastic DJs per session to help bring the music to life during the Silent Disco! No previous experience is required—just a passion for music and a willingness to share your favourite tracks with our fantastic audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Curate and Play Music: Share your music taste and create an exciting playlist to keep everyone dancing and entertained.
Engage with the Audience: Help create a lively atmosphere by tuning into what the crowd loves and switching it up when needed.

All equipment and instructions will be provided, so no need to bring anything except your great taste in music!
You’ll have a chance to be at the heart of the event, making it a memorable experience for everyone.

DJ Volunteers
We’re looking for 4 volunteers per session to bring smiles to children’s faces by helping with face painting at the Silent Disco. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to have fun and get creative!
Key Responsibilities:
Face Painting for Kids: Use provided templates to create fun and colourful designs.
Stay Engaged: This stall is a favourite among kids, so be prepared for a busy session filled with excitement and happy faces.
Additional Details:
All templates and supplies will be provided by Coleridge Families, so you’ll have everything you need to succeed.
This is a high-energy role with plenty of interaction, and your creativity will make the event even more special for the children.

Face Painting
We’re looking for 2 volunteers per session to manage the cloakroom during the Silent Disco, ensuring everyone’s belongings are safely stored while they enjoy the event.
Key Responsibilities:
Take Care of Belongings: Collect coats, bags, and other personal items from attendees and provide them with a ticket for collection.
Keep the Cloakroom Organised: Ensure items are neatly stored and easy to access at the end of the session.
Additional Details:
You’ll play a key role in ensuring attendees can enjoy the event without worrying about their belongings.
Volunteers should be friendly, efficient, and able to stay organised in a busy environment.
