Coleridge Fun Run – Sunday 12 May

Welcome to the Coleridge Fun Run 2024!!

This year, we’re excited to organise the first ever Coleridge Fun Run!  A great opportunity to come together and have some fun AND raise money to help improve our playgrounds!

The Fun Run will take place on Sunday 12th May in Finsbury Park with the first race beginning at 9:30am.  There are 3 different distances so everyone – children and adults – can take part. If you’re not up for running though, come along as a spectactor to enjoy the atmosphere and cheer on all the runners!

There are 3 course options:
– 1 mile (recommended for younger participants)
– 3k
– 5k (recommended for adults)

All participants will receive a commemorative keepsake medal at the end of the race.

This event is open to everyone from the extended Coleridge Primary School community (including former parents, pupils and older siblings that are no longer at school). Please buy your tickets to support our school keeping fit. Tickets will be on sale until the EOD 8th May.

In conjunction with the Fun Run, we’ve set up a Givey page (givey.com/coleridgefunrun2024) where we hope you’ll sponsor the runners to raise funds for the children’s playgrounds on both Coleridge East and West.

Coleridge Families is also registered on JustGiving where you can set up your own Fundraising Page (justgiving.com/coleridgefamilies). All monies raised will go direct to Coleridge Families.

We will showcase the changes to the playgrounds we aspire to make in the run up to the event. But how far can we take this refurbishment? That’s entirely up to you! Please give generously – the more we raise, the greater the impact we can achieve. Let’s get active and transform our school environment!
